This site does not currently link to any product: its pages are the law, the utilities and the change log, and none of them carries a commercial link. When a kit listing is added, every link on it will be an affiliate link and will be labelled as one, and this page will stop saying this.

What the money does not buy

• No brand gets preference. Not a paid one, and not one connected to us. Where kits are listed or ranked, commission rates play no part in the order.
• A recommendation needs confirmed certification.A kit whose certification we have not verified against a source can appear in a list, but never in a “best” or “top picks” block, whatever it pays.
• No manufacturer, utility or state agency pays for anything here. Nothing on this site is sponsored content, and there is no advertising.
• The legal pages are not for sale. What a statute says does not change because a product would sell better if it said something else. Every legal value links the source it was read from, so you can check us.
